Use your charger cable to connect to the pc it may work. I've not really used it wireless.

I would recommend getting a cable like mine, which I posted a link for yesterday in this thread.

No joy with this either..One needs to somehow connect with the headset and I just don't see how since its wireless?

according to that reddit post, you will need the business streaming software for the pico4E..

Does the headset need the cable to be attached to the PC or after connection will I be able to play wirelessly?

I would use it to see if it just works with the cable attached. It may not work with the charger cable, but you may find it to short to play with.

You don't use MS mixed reality software with the Pico, linked a YouTube video below with how to set it up. The best way is to download the phone app and create an account first.

He mentions the VR Assistantfor Pico but not the link...?

Which one he is referring to? I've done a "Factory Reset" to start again fresh...

Blitzen, I believe the business streaming software is the correct one based on the PimaxXR reddit post. I cant say for sure, since I dont have an enterprise model although the orthodox pico connect install is a rather simple process. I dont know what you skill level is for this type of thing. But, if you have a younger friend, neighbor or relative handy, they may be able to get this thing hooked up in no time with all the resources/information previously posted..

When I got the new 4E on Wednesday, I immediately, put it on and did all the adjustments - a mistake according to the video. I should have somehow registered ( signed in ,) with at a Pico site that would allow me to do all my preference there that would somehow be automatically transfer these choices to my new headset. I ended up with only one option on screen and that was the "Business" programs screen and no option to connect the headset with my PC or coordinate with my Pico accout ( or should it be with the Pico Business account that the  4E apparently prefers (?). I now want to start over and follow the suggestions in the vid in this thread. I need to make sure I'm registered with my email and code that will tie in with the required ones asked for through the headset in trying to get the headset and my PC connected.I now have 3 options on my desktop for Pico help: Pico Link, Pico Connect, and finally Pico Business Steaming ( which I'm not sure if I have to independently registered.)Which to use and which one will allow me to smoothly coordinate with my headset ( and if I can't connect wirelessly, will it even matter?)

Is it worth doing a factory reset on your headset, so you can configure it like in the video?

I had to do a factory reset a few weeks ago, after trying the connect beta software. As it didn't work well for me at all, and I couldn't remove the software.
