I installed ROF on my C:\ SATA HDD several years ago.  i just installed an SSD drive and cloned the HDD over to it.  Most everything made it over, but a handful of programs did not, and I had to reinstall them.  ROF is one of those that did not make it.  Installed the program to a different drive, so i have the original files and the new files.  So i don't have to go through and re-program my settings (for flight controller, etc), where would those be saved at?  I want to drag those settings over to the new files.  Thank you for the help!

@Pappy, if you drill down into \Rise of Flight\data\input, there should be two files there - one a "responses file," and another an "actions file" - with the former controlling response curves, and the latter controlling joystick inputs as well as other assigned keys on your keyboard.

Most likely, both of those files have custom names that you had assigned when setting up custom joystick inputs and response curves. Simply copy those two files over to your new RoF install, make sure to re-select them from the in-sim menu, and all should be well.

If you did not save those files under custom names, both will most likely be called "input" (again, the same procedure applies; copy over both "input" files, for responses and actions - but no need to re-select from the in-sim menu this time because they still have their default/stock name, i.e., "input").

Cheers,

?

For settings In the data folder, you need:

startup.cfg,

input folder (for key commamnds and stick curves)

Luascripts/snapviews folder (for any pilot seating /view positions you have set up)

That should do it
