Few days ago I decied to get back to fly so went online and I bought Battle of Stalingrad Premium edition by error becasue I didn't remember I already had it. This happened because I thought that back then the game I was playing was COD which I had in Steam, so I didn't even think in log in in the IL-2 website. I opened a suport ticket 4 days ago explaining the situation, and saying that I would like to have the money as a refund (I will probably purchase any others battle series) but I have no response so far. I have not activate the product or sent to anyone else. I guess this is something they can check. Any of you have had this situation before? I know.. it is kind of dum but it happened to me, Could I sell it to anyone else? I have it as a gift, I guess it would be legal but for me it would be better, faster and fair to me to have the money back. Thanks for your time. Regards.

HazMatt Posted March 12, 2024 Posted March 12, 2024 I made a purchase in error, I bout the standard edition when I meant to buy the premium edition. I opened a ticket requesting to change my purchase from standard to premium. I opened a ticket a day or two after and never heard anything. Good luck.

I spoke with support and it sounds like they never received such a report, so it might be worthwhile to file another ticket.
