Question: How to change the "Radar Spotter Signal Refresh Intervall"?

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to change the "Signal Refresh Intervall" of a Radar Spotter?

A freya radar, set as spotter seems to update the signal after ca. 3-5seconds.

Is it possible to change this intervall to e.g. ca. 60 seconds, to simulate a bit the time required to transmit this information from the radar site to the pilot? After the signal update the icons should stay on their position on the map until the next signal update.

This would be similar to the IL2 1946 "Fog of War" settings.
