New Virpil throttle inbound

This is not new. I've had one for a couple years. It's great, almost perfect for IL-2. The more levers the better. The price though, oof, I want the control panel with the gear lever, but I'm not dropping that kind of bread on it and a mount for just a gear lever.

It's "new" in the sense that it has all but one label removed and some new switches - things I wanted before I bought it.

I love my Virpil CM3 throttle but IL2 / GB cuts in half it's useability by it's limitation on buttons to 64. When will they make it more amenable to peripherals with many more buttons available? The competitors don't have such limitations.

Which functions are there that you are missing that you want to add once you can go beyond the 64 limit?

For various reasons I have re-mapped these buttons / axis (the colored boxes) in the Virpil config software. Yes, I could make separate profiles for GB, DCS, etc. but it would be nice to not have to have to do so.

Luke is right. It is new and 10€ cheaper than the one I got. They sell both so it is not a replacement.

Out of curiosity, what is the device you are using to maintain the upper panel in vertical position?

Wow nice! That unit looks like it could one day replace both my CH Throttle Quad and Warthog throttle with the amount of buttons and levers. I like that the levers look WW2 style as well a little bit.
