Cockpit zoom struggle

first Post ::  I have a Virpil Constellation Alpha Prime joystick & Virpil MongoosT-50CM3 throttle.  I fly a P51 in DCS and cannot zoom out in the cockpit in order to see the instruments.  I fly using TrackIR but have to lower my head everytime I want to see the artificial Horizon and gages below.  I have tried every button, switch, and lever with no luck  l have written this same paragraph on multiple forums and have received many suggestions, but none of them have worked.  I simple words, what I need to do is slide the seat backwards which would allow me to see the instrument panel by just shifting my eyes down instead of my head.  Any advice will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

The views are a little hard to setup, but once you get them they work nice.

 

I think before VR on my hat switch I had a zoom to gunsight, check six, sit up higher for taxing, check gauges in planes that have them hidden all mapped to my hat and it worked great.
