Lord_Pyro Posted February 25, 2024 Posted February 25, 2024 (edited) The addition of the inputprofile per plane assignments was a real huge step in the right direction. And after the last Update i noticed that we can now modify every axis not just the pitch. Another very good thing. My throttle has a physical detent for switching into afterburner and i can now tweak my thrustaxis to deliver combat power until the detent and emergency power above it. Thats a gamechanger! So i eagerly sat down and started to create a profile for every plane and fiddle around until everything fits. However some time after starting this i noticed, that the set curves are global and not profile bound. Question is, if there are plans to change it so that every custom profile can create it own set of curves? Would be really great Edited February 27, 2024 by KGJ54Lord_Pyro
Hook_Echo Posted February 25, 2024 Posted February 25, 2024 (edited) Yeah I did that with pitch a while back. I didn't realize there was only one save of the curve. With vjoy and joystick gremlin you can make your own curves. I have throttle/rpm curves for every plane. Joystick gremlin, trackir, and simshaker all get fired up before IL-2. Third party software is just a fact of life for sims. It's axis by the way, or axes when plural. Edited February 25, 2024 by Hook_Echo
