Convergence Has To Be Constantly Reset

In SP and MP I have to reset my convergence range after every flight. Why can't it remain fixed until I personally reset it?

Is your game installed default in a windows controlled zone, where it locks many files to read only?  If that's the case, move it out of the default programs folder and in the game folders properties uncheck all files from read only.
