Help needed

I have been running VR for about 4 years now but recently my headset has become unusable. I have a  HP G2, Ryzen 5900X, a 3090 and 32 gig of ram, on Win10. I dont know what happened but the frame rates are all over the place. I have turned off Ryzen Master and that didnt help much. It runs bad on Il-2 and DCS, I think I might have to reinstall windows. I have downloaded the latest graphics driver reinstalled Il-2 reinstalled OpenXR and SteamVR Is there anything I could try before formatting the C drive?

You can try to first fully remove the graphics driver with DDU and install it again.

Thanks that seems to solve it. now getting 80-90fps.
