Sabrefly Posted February 13, 2024 Posted February 13, 2024 Is there a setting in PWCG or IL2 that allows you to always lead your flight regardless of rank? Following the flight path is quite boring, especially around the airfield when gaining altitude. Thanks.
PatrickAWlson Posted February 13, 2024 Posted February 13, 2024 You can manipulate the formation order in the mission briefing. Just bring your guy to the top 1 1
Sabrefly Posted February 13, 2024 Author Posted February 13, 2024 Is there a similar facility to appoint myself as a leader in Career? Thank you, Pat.

If you create your career with your pilot as squadron commander or if your pilot is promoted/appointed to squadron commander, then you can. 1

Just bring your guy to the top Hi Pat - can't see any way of bringing myself to the top (in order to lead the flight) on the Briefing page? Ahh, managed it by clicking on all pilots to delete, and adding me back in first Edited February 25, 2024 by ACG_TBird edit
Ghost666 Posted February 25, 2024 Posted February 25, 2024 (edited) Click on your pilot(make sure the radio on the left is filled in), then use mouse wheel to move up or down. That's what I do. Edited February 25, 2024 by Ghost666
