Why is the WoL server official stat page not secure

I fly in combat box and frequently visit their official IL2 stat page..

I have occasionally visited the Wings of Liberty server and their corresponding official IL2 stat page..

Why does chrome show the WoL stat page  " NOT SECURE" ??

This warning is not on the CB page..
