Career killed

[Marvel]

Hello guys, well today I think I messed definitevely my game career. After beign shooted down I was wrong to manage game commands and I clicked restart, but  I realized too late it was "restart (career)".

So, my (maybe quite useless) question is: I definetevely lost my career or there is a way to recover it?
