Fi-156 Storch

A rescue option was introduced recently on a very popular server, Finnish Server and the allied side have Po-2, a proper plane to land on rough surfaces. We would like to have Fi-156 Storch available for the axis side for the same purpose. I think lots of people, red or blue players would like to fly it.

Count me in, JG Alex. I know most love flying the most tricked out, late model war birds but I equally love flying gliders, transports, early models and Storches.

Definitely a lot of fun STOLL ops.

 

Just as importantly - it was active on all of the WWII maps, and it did artillery spotting - so that is a lot of firepower.

 

I had hoped that '45 East would include a Ju-188 and an Fi-156... (alongside the G-10 and A-9).

I want to also pitch the idea of rotorcopters such as Sikorsky R-4 to use as reconissance.
