IL 2 1946 wont open - Windows 10 BEX error

Hi my name is Vukasin!
I installed IL 2 1946 2 years ago and it worked perfect till 2 days ago after windows 10 update.
I tried a lot of programs,restating my pc a lot of times,uninstalling game and installing...but still dont work
If anybody have same problem share it here,if anyone can help pls,i just want to play a game and enjoy
