RyanR Posted January 27, 2024 Posted January 27, 2024 Hi All, I know that any sim with online play has to keep people from hopping to the desktop to get that bandit off their six. However, I'm offline almost exclusively these days, and I'm trying to dial in head tracking. I'm an old dog learning a new trick..... I've been using snap-views since 1985? So getting comfortable with head tracking is interesting. It's a drag to have to quit and reload IL-2 each time to try something new. Even if running it in a window, it's a hassle to get in and out of. Any workaround? Thanks! -Ryan
Ghost666 Posted January 28, 2024 Posted January 28, 2024 Yes, Alt-Tab should get you out. If it doesn't, then if you are running in full screen mode, uncheck that box. And if that doesn't work, try leaving some other app open to alt-tab to. Or you may have to do both. Good Luck and have a nice flyday. 1

Or just have something else open before starting il2... even just an open folder should be enough to alt-tab to 1
Lusekofte Posted January 29, 2024 Posted January 29, 2024 Alt + tab only works if you have another program going. But it will not show desktop only the lower desk I suggest you fasten your trackir to that in order to easy get to it
