A couple of MOD questions.

Hello, all.

 

I last played this game several years ago but have just downloaded it again (from the website) on a new pc.

 

On my old pc version, I was running two mods. One was to make the AI less predictable and the other corrected the placement of airfields.

 

Does anyone know whether these mods are still available and could point me to a working link for them, please?... Also, I'd like to run the PWCG if possible but the link on the MODs page seems to be broken.

Hi Richard,

 

Most RoF-relevant mods are linked to under this post (most of the links there hopefully still work).

 

For the version of PWCG that fits best with RoF, see the links embedded in the top post of this thread.

 

And last, while the old Criquet/Gavagai AI-and-DM mod is still available for RoF, it was fine-tuned for the version of RoF that came out sometime around 2013 or 2014.

 

Recommended therefore is to check over the top post of this thread for newer AI/DM mods for RoF, as well as for other tweaks that were tuned for the last (united) edition of RoF.

Hey, many thanks for that, VonS. Really appreciate it. ?

 

Still sad that the devs stopped supporting this game. I know we have F.C. now but R.O.F had so much potential and a great collection of aircraft. As a fan of WWI era aviation, I hope to be able to keep flying it for a good few years to come.
