Game crashes when a DFW C.V is included

Anybody else experiencing this?  I discovered this issue when I was testing PWCG.  It took hours to track down.  I finally tracked it to German recon flights.  I reduced my mission to just me i\n an FE2b and one AI DFW.  It still crashed.  I then created a mission in the ME.  Just the player in an FE2b and one lone AI DFW.  it crashed again.  No PWCG involved, the mission came straight from the ME.  Remove the DFW and it works.

Thanks, that helped.  Looks like a mod was causing the issue.
