Xbox Controller - Camera Controls

Wondering if anyone can assist... I have programmed the controller following the recommendations from a post on steam, but I have not been able to get the camera control to work on my right thumbstick. I can move the camera with my mouse no problem but when I load in the W & S axes for the right thumbstick on the same fields as the mouse it doesn't work. I know the controller works fine with other games. I must be missing something within ROF? Every other button mapping that I did works fine and I am at a loss. Thanks in advance.
