oneeyedluke757 Posted January 4, 2024 Posted January 4, 2024 The throttle quadrant for the Saitek (Logitech) yoke is unable to be programmed in game. I have another Saitek throttle quadrant that is separate from the yoke, and that one works properly, and can be programmed. For some reason the throttle quadrant that comes with the yoke itself is not working within IL2: Battle of Stalingrad, but does work on other games such as MSFS, FSX, and even B-17 Flying Fortress: The Mighty Eighth. Everything is connected properly, and even with the second throttle disconnected the main throttle connected the yoke does not work in game. I specifically bought the C-47 alongside the Normandy campaign so I can use the two throttle quadrants together (because its a multi-engine airplane), so one of them not working totally defeats the purpose. If any support for this issue can be given, it would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
Sgt_Joch Posted January 13, 2024 Posted January 13, 2024 Hi, not directly related, but I have a CH Throttle quadrant I use for IL2. Works fine in game now, but when I first tried using it a few years ago, I ran into a bunch of issues trying to get the keys to work in game. After doing some research, I found out there was an issue with IL2 that it only recognizes 8 controllers, i.e. joystick, throttle, rudder pedals, etc. and when you try to add additional controllers, they are not recognized. Might be the problem here. I solved the issue by doing a complete re-instal and starting everything from scratch.
JG4_Deciman Posted January 22, 2024 Posted January 22, 2024 Hi there I own the logitech/saitek quadrant (connected to the yoke) and 3 additional quadrants (usb) and they all are accepted by the game. I quess the yoke itself is working? Or do you use a different joystick for the main axes (elevator/aileron) Deci
