[OpenXR][Reverb G2] Perfect settings for IL-2 BoS even on mid-range systems

Hi all,

I'm still new to IL-2, but I have quite some track record in optimizing different racing sims in VR, using OpenComposite and OpenXR Toolkit. Doing so, I was able to achieve nice image quality together with high fps even on my mid-range system (at least for VR ... RTX3080 graphics card) for my HP Reverb G2 headset.
