Downloads 32-34 GBs every time I launch the game

Downloads 32-34 GBs every time I launch the game, even if closing and launching the same day.  Why does it do that? I am running the game locally and not from Steam.

Go into your Updates folder and delete everything inside it, and re-load the launcher. That usually does the trick.
