Microphone went dead

Recently added Combat Box to my Discord and the Mic on my headset went dead.

My earphones work fine. I'm not thinking it Combat Box, but that's the last thing I did...... Any ideas?

Checked the wires, no damage, and they have conductivity.

 

Would appreciate a little advise...
