Online player using the games video function to "cheat"

Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong section.  But in the online servers certain weaker players will take a video of their sortie, then leave the server to watch the video only to come back and bomb or hunt the slower moving players who can't change positions in the two or three minutes it takes to review the video and come back to the game.   It would be nice if the developers could put a one or two hour hold on the posting of all videos to a player's video file.  This way they have to wait until the situation in the games have changed significantly before they can come back for their War-Thunder style revenge kill.   I saw Luke killed the recent suggestion thread so maybe this can be added somehow.

How do you know this is what's actually happening?

Do you have proof, is it a theory?

 

Either way, sounds a weird cheat to target. They would need to log back in, spawn and take off again and intercept them. That would take significantly longer to execute than 2-3 mins?

*IF* this is happening, definitely a ground vehicle specific issue. I'd be surprised if that was even being done by more than one sad person, maybe a pathetic group/squad.
