How to tow the Waco behind the C47 from the ground ?

Hello everyone,
I would like to build a mission with several C47s firing Wacos.
But in the mission creator I can't find the command to "attach" the glider to the C47.
Anyone know the solution ?

I guess this is what you are looking for:

"If you want to create a glider towing mission yourself in the editor, place your C-47 in front of the glider, 115 meters between their centers so the tow rope would be 95-99 meters in length. "

Yes, you just place it behind the tow plane on the runway right about 90 meters behind the C47. I measured from the tail of the C47 to the nose of the WACO so the rope was tight seen from the glider cockpit. There is no logic attached until you want the AI gliders to drop. Then you have to use a force complete high command object linked to the glider. If you give it a landing waypoint it will try to hit it or it will just coast to a stop straight ahead without one.

There should not be any radio calls to indicate the force complete command now.

Good morning
Thanks for the answers.
I manage to take off with the Waco (IA) behind my C47 (Player) by increasing the power of the motors little by little so as not to break the cable.

Now I'm looking for how to release the glider above the DZ, I tried with the "B" key but this only corresponds to the release of the C47 parachutes.

sorry for my bad English

Must be doing something wrong; cannot get lift off for the waco. maybe the set distance is not accurate? I used the measure tool.

Both planes set start 'on runway'. The cable is there alright, but it 'flickers'. The C47a takes off on it's own.

Besides howzabout that L Control + 1 for a Red Flare thing for take off i read somewhere? Only for the Waco as player?

Lol, you can set fuel 0-1 for the Waco ...

ADDED: found it, i target linked the Waco to the C47, it works if you don't ...

I believe that is just in the Campaign missions to signal the C-47 to take off. That would be a complex trigger firing the CommandTakeOff for the tow plane.
