5.201 Ignoring User Settings

Flying career with IAR and it keeps giving me unlimited bombs, and ignores the "contact" fuse setting.  Tried again after removing all mods and verifying "unlimited ammo" is unselected and fuses set to "contact".  After dropping bombs, they're still on the aircraft and the counter says I still have 3 available, and the bombs took 3 seconds to detonate.

If it helps, I would add that this is ONLY happening when flying the new IAR.  Everything else drops bombs without magically restocking them and keeps the fuse settings.

I am now 2 for 2 in posting "bugs" that aren't actually bugs, simply because if I'd just read a little bit further into the information provided I would have figured out the issue.  Apologies to all.  So, turns out you have to turn on the bomb system by selecting "N", then everything works as it should.  Again, don't be like me - look around just one more time before posting a "bug".

Understandable, i keep searching for info on newly bought planes especially every time one lands in the game, but cannot find it easily ..

The Specification page has all the information you need to get you going with any given plane. ?

Thanks, so far i found two pages on this forum with plane specifications ...  IMO a bit  outdated ?:

 

 

Are there any others I've missed?

O key for the briefing map, Specification tab. That's all you need to worry about. ?
