Linking IL2 and Steam

I have read the linking guide and am still unable to connect my accounts. I am not sure if I am doing it correctly. 

 

I purchased BoS on the IL2 store. I would like purchase addons from Steam but I am unable. I tried logging in with steam on the IL2 site but it said i do not have their games. (I have IL-1946 but its modded) My IL2 and Steam accounts even have the same email and username. Any help is appreciated!

I don't use Steam for Il-2, but I've read that Steam treats BoS as a base game and remaining battles as DLCs for it, so you won't be able to buy them unless you've got mandatory Steam version of BoS purchased and installed first. The fact that you've already got store version of it on your PC is irrelevant, because Steam doesn't know about it. More info here:

I bought IL2 from steam. I haven't got a store bought version.....

No replies back from my support ticket yet....
