I use Track IR but The 6 cockpit centering keys won't work with it operating - any insight or solutions?

Track IR used to work OK but now, the centering keys are dead when I try to get the gun sight centered.  Everything else works OK.  When I turn Track IR off, the centering keys work without problem.   I tried two new Track IR screens and reinstalling several times but nothing changed.  I suspect a Track IR setting change is needed but can't find one that clears it.   

 

The Track IR screen used to show the right green light on when working correctly.  Now the right side is off and the left green light is on or both green lights are on with a green line between.

 

Anyone one have this problem and have a solution?
