Career mode "start from runway" needs adjustments. Team colors need adjustment too.

1. This had been a known issue in other Il-2 BoS modules as well until it had been fixed some months ago. I`ve just purchased Flying Circus vol.I and noticed that in Flying Circus the problem is still there. Some career mode missions (mostly interception objectives) are not adjusted to runway start. While i can do some intense climbing to catch up with enemy bombers before they reach the targets my AI wingmates are not climbing at all, as if their waypoints are still set to air start at an altitude.

2. In other BoS modules "USSR always red" setting also sets other Allied powers as red. In Flying Circus i found both Entente and Central powers being blue with "USSR is red" setting. While there is no USSR in Flying Circus era, i believe everyone would agree that Germany is blue regardless of era and it's opponents are red.
