Dogfight server file transfer error #10017

I'm trying to host a DServer, with my special account, but, even if my server is visible online, none of my friends cannot connect (transfer file error #10017). I have read the related topic on the forum (File Transfer Error #10017 - Multiplayer Servers and Hosting - IL-2 Sturmovik Forum (il2sturmovik.com)), but the problem persists. I have used the Mission Editor inside the DServer version of IL-2, I have saved the files in the proper place (Dogfight). I have forwarded the ports, checked and the ports are open. I have edited a new rule for my firewall, but no result. I have deactivated the firewall. Still, no result. Maybe I should also mention that I have a static IP. How can I solve this?

I have solved the problem:

 

set 28100 to 28100 for TCP

set 28000 to 28000 for TCP

set 28000 to 28000 for UDP

set 80 to 80 for TCP
