PICO 4 max quality graphics?

Can someone tell me how I can get the best graphic quality with Pico 4 and Nvidia 4070 TI?

I have not Pico4 anymore but the best quality (graphics detail and performance) would be:

 

VirtualDesktop in Ultra mode with HVEC at 150Mbps and 72Hz mode.

Then increase SteamVR % SS progressively until you GPU is loaded around 70-80%.

A few things need to be tweaked.

 

Virtual Desktop and OpenXR (using the opencomposite method) are required. And also tweaking the startup.config file.
