paid for but how to download?

I purchased Normandy - thinking it was the game, it isn't - and then Stalingrad on the site. The payment was processed, which is all that Xsolla can tell me.

 

No download link, on instructions anywhere on how to download the program. Seems like the jankiest UI in recent memory.

 

Anyone able to offer suggestion on what I'm missing? There must be a way to download the program, but so far all they've done is take my money. No support.

Since you mention Xsolla i am making the assumption that you bought the game directly from the IL-2 Sturmovik store.

Go to the main site https://il2sturmovik.com/ and login.

 

Click on the Profile link.

 

This will take you to your Profile page and there is a link on your Profile page to download the game.
