Community Sourcing for Pilot Lines

With the upcoming Romanian IAR being added, I was wondering if maybe the developers have thought of sourcing voice lines from the community so that maybe they could get immersion in the forms of romanian voice lines but also not having to hire a professional to do it. Of course I don't know the inner working though so if this is impossible please disregard.
