Back into IL2 Sturmovik -- and giving a go at FC

Hola All, 

Been away from IL2 for ages, and purchased last night FC Vol2 upon reading that a career mode as well as PWCG were now available for FC. I'm primarily an offline flyer due to my fairly awkward time-zone (Asia). 

While my base sim is downloading could someone please indicate:

1. whether PWCG FC 15.1.1 is the latest version following the very recent update to the sim, or not? 

2. I also seem to recall tons and tons of Official & Historical Skin Packs for the WWII and RoF versions of the sim. I've found Community packs for FC, but no "official" ones. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place?

15.1.1 is indeed that latest version of PWCG, and I believe there will be further updates once FC3 is released in the second half of December.
