Though I do have a little nitpick if I may say it... I was intrigued by the K-4's yellow prop hub and decided to search its wnr for photos. While its pretty much impossible to tell if the prop hub was yellow or red, what I can tell from the pictures is that the plane seemed to have some sort of white lines on the vertical stabilizers. I don't know if it was a common marking for the unit or something unique for that plane.

Does anyone have more info on this particular plane? I've seen it attributed to Hartmann but afaik there is no evidence that he ever had a personal K-4. It's possible he flew one that wasn't his, but his last personal machine (to my knowledge) was a black tulip G-10.
