FC2 not showing in library

Most of my IL2 stuff was bought on Steam. My account IS linked.

 But on this site and Steam, my library only shows that I have FC1. I have paid full price for FC 1 & 2 from THIS site on early access, and I CAN play both parts. 

But it seems that both sites would like to try and charge me again for FC2.

Dose this mean that when I do decide to pay yet another instalment for this port over game, it will cost me even more on top for part 3 ??.
