My Sony laptop runs Windows 10 Home version but when I run the Il2GB compatibility test it tells me I am trying to run Windows 8. I recently had to revamp my laptop as it had crashed and so had to reinstall Il2GB along with other programmes. What happens now is when I log on the programme starts okay but freezes when I start any mission. It does not matter if it is a single or campaign mission. It is like it enters a continuous cycle with no progress. I cannot even show you the screen as it blocks my screen capture so I have to sign out via Task Manager.

As I have had no reply to this query should I reinstall the whole thing and if so how?

 

Also, how do I find a list of all the aircraft I have bought and what else is for sale.

Thank you LukeFF. I did send them reports they asked for last month but heard nothing back. Il2 GB is not my prime sim but it would be nice to fly it occasionally when I have the time.

 

I ran the compatabilty test and received the attached report which I cannot decipher unless the first lines say it all..

I reset running as administrator and It now runs at least on the runway rather than a blackscreen. Now I will have to learn how fly again.

Spoke too soon. The black screen is back at the start of a mission whichever I choose. I rerun as administrator but no difference. I will try the support team again.
