Is there always a problem in il-2 with controllers with more than 32 dx buttons?

I basically don't fly il2 because of this, it is a pain to switch my controllers (winwing) to 32 buttons mode and every time I do the order of the controllers changes and Il2 controls are messed up...what a shame
