AviaSkins has one.

Hayate was kind enough to upload two other Fi-156 templates to M4T. One was done by Imme and the other template was done by Zniegief.

All three look like really nice templates. The template by Dan46 which is the one at AviaSkins and the template made by Zniegief have 8 layers and Imme has 23 layers in his template.
