Neck Safer problem (Pico 4)

Hello friends.

 

I have a problem with Necksafer (Pico 4), it is not symmetrical in its operation, let me explain.

 

When I turn my head to one side it works fine and follows the assigned angles (for example 60, 70, 80, etc.), but when I turn it to the other side that configuration does not seem to work.

 

When one side works, the other doesn't, and left yes/right no, or right yes/left no.

 

I have tried many of other users' configurations and I have the same problem with all of them.

 

Any solution?
