Instruments on 2nd panel (Virtual Cockpit?)

Would anyone be so kind as to remind me how the do this?  I seem to recall some software (Virtual Cockpit) and some reference to TF Device Link, but buggered if I can remember how or find the right links.  Thanks in advance
