Bf 110, Ju 87 tail gunner models

Hey all, a question to the developer team, I was wondering why the tail gunner models on aircraft like the Bf 110 and the Ju 87 (and possibly others as well) haven't been changed to the newer versions introduced a while ago? Newer aircraft like the Me 410 do have the new pilot model as tail gunner. I think it looks odd having two completely different looking crew members in the same plane ?
