Plane specific yaw and roll response settings/curve

Devs did a fine job with the pitch response settings available for each plane.   Please dig out that code and do the same thing for roll and yaw.  Some of these planes have really sensitive rudder response.  Would be great to be able dampen it down for those planes, without effecting other planes.

Since they did this for pitch response,  would seem they shouldn't have much difficulty replicating that for roll and yaw.
