Rear gunner issue: cannot move with the mouse.

I am having some issues with my rear gunner of late. I have control if the gun; however, I cannot use the mouse to move the gunner. Any idea? Some times the gun will move to a few degrees and then stops. 

 

Only happened recently.

Have you 'leaned to gunsight' I cant remember what the key command is sorry.

I am doing this:

 

Take turret: T

Nestle to gunsight: LEFT SHIFT + T

 

I can fire the guns and aim but not move the gun.

Settings > Controls > Pilot Head Controls

 

Bind Mouse X and Mouse Y to "Turn Pilot Head Horizontally" and "Bow Pilot Head Vertically".
