Virpil Mongoose T-50CM3 - Intermittent Issues in IL2

I have set up various zooms on buttons on the throttle grip and all was well for several months.

 

More recently I have started to have intermittent issues with these buttons not working - it resolves itself after a few seconds (not timed but variable between maybe 5s to 20s).  

 

I have tried recalibrating the CM3 but it made no difference. 

 

Any thoughts on where the problem may lie or how to diagnose it?

Spot on. 

 

I logged a ticket and within minutes Alexander replied, he took me through a fault identification process and within an hour we had identified the issue and he has mailed me new parts under warranty (Damaged cable). 

 

Very impressed with Virpil support.
