custom C47 skins not aligning properly in viewer or in game

Hey all, trying to make/use some custom C47 skins, however, whenever I make or download a known working one from the internet, it does not line up properly in the viewer in game. Sample skin layout and what it results with after being exported to DDS and viewed in viewer or in game:

 

 

Clearly I have no US emblems or olive color on the tops of the wings and its completely derped up. It does this with any custom skin I download, or any I make for the C47, so what the heck is going on here?? I've never had this issue with any other skins for other planes I have made.

Never mind, deeper research found that they broke the template into 2 files instead of one. Awesome, the link on the main template page is to the old skin that doesnt work. Way to go 1c.
