VKB NXT JOYSTICK + SEM + THQ

I have the above rig (I believe they are superb quality and excellent value and provide great individual support when navigating their admittedly complex software) with the WW2 throttle. I would be interested to hear from anyone who has a similar rig about their button mapping profiles. The rig provides a wide range of axes and a myriad buttons - any ideas as to what configuration works best welcome!
