POV leaning right/left, high/low

[Faustnik]

I am having a difficult time finding keys for leaning right/left, high/low switches in CloD. I just want to use thumbs, finger with switches and knobs. 
 

IL-2 GB lets my use great ability to full head movement with just me MSff2 stick CH Throttle.

 

Is it possible to use the same devices in CLOD?
