Patricks Posted October 1, 2023 Posted October 1, 2023 While in VR, if I try to change or add keybindings, the window is automatically populated with "null", no way to input a key/DX press. This is for any/all areas (Engine/Controls/etc.). Leave VR, open IL-2 with VR off, no issues at all. As I don't change keybindings much (but needed to add a few for VR), not a big deal. Just wondering what is sending "null"...
MAJ_Balapan Posted October 7, 2023 Posted October 7, 2023 I set game to run as administrator, which solved it for me. Also, I read somewhere, that you can disable read only property of the DATA folder in IL-2 directory, but it resets each time you restart the game. 1

Yes, un-ticking the "Read-Only" flag on the Input folder works. It does reset itself but for some reason I can still edit bindings now.. My install was already set to Run as Admin, not sure what actually "fixed" it.. Never saw the issue with my G2.. just since getting the Aero.
