Flying circus volume III pilot career

I own FCIII and the product description says that pilot career mode is included but when I try to enlist a pilot the screen says I have to purchase FCI. Is this a bug or is the product description not right please?

 

I was hoping to hold off on buying I or II until a sale comes along.

Career mode for Volume 3 is planned to be integrated closer to the final release of the full package.
