Ability to move the camera when using the artillery correction minimap

Hi!

 

It would be great to be able to move the camera/use our headtracking when the artillery correction minimap is opened during a spotting mission. Currently, we can't (But I don't know if it's a bug or a feature).

It's a limitation in the code, yes. The same thing happens when opening up the radio command menu.
